We did insanity in athletics today, it felt great. Hurt like crap, but felt great. Somehow I hurt my shoulder and I can barely move it now. I think it's out of place. I don't know for sure, but I know it is hurt. I feel sorry for the people who had to go to the children's funerals today. It's so sad. I know what it's like. It's awful to bury a child.
